As you have done your Class 12th in PCB from Bihar Board and cleared Mathematics subject from NIOS Board, you are eligible to take admissions in most colleges for B.Tech as the eligibility criteria for B.Tech is that you should have PCM in your Class 12th and as you had Physics and Chemistry from Bihar Board and Mathematics from NIOS Board, there shouldn't be any problem in taking admission in most colleges.

Since you have passed Class 12 with PCB from Bihar Board and you are now giving the Maths exam from NIOS, it will be considered as an additional subject. For B.Tech admission , you must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 12.

After you pass Maths from NIOS, you will have all required subjects (PCM) and you can apply for B.Tech.

Make sure the university or college where you apply accepts NIOS, as most recognised colleges do.
