maine date of completion may 2017 jo middle mai likhi hai kar di hai in upsc cse but backlogs ki wajah se degree complete 2019 mai huwi hai jo left corner par date likhi hai?? is it create any issue??

Hey,
Every degree or course is completed only when you clear all the backlogs associated with that course. Once you clear all the exams and backlogs you get the certificate for the completion of that specific course.
As you have cleared your backlogs in 2019 so that should be your completeing or passing year and not 2017.
