Hello,
MCI which is medical council of India board declared that National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test result will be valid for three years starting from date of decleration of the result.
So you are giving NEET examination 2019, which was conducted in 5th May and result announced 5th June. You are qualified then your result will be valid upto three years. You can admission in any medical related college like MBBS, BDS by this qualified rank. But you can check the validation date of your result. You can get admission in any BDS college.

NEET marks is valid only for one year for taking admission in India. If you want to study abroad then your NEET marks is valid for three years. But within India, your result is valid only for one year. Hence, you cannot use your NEET 2019 result to get admission for BDS in India. You have to sit for NEET 2021 for getting admission in your desired medical branch this year.
