Hey !

As you are aware , that most of the seats of IITs are filled and only a very less number of seats are left. So , there are very less chances that any seat will be left vacant for SC category

And even if we assume that some seats are left vacant , but still your preparatory rank is so low to get a seat in IIT.

So , i would suggest you to get admission in private engineering colleges.
