If you are asking about preparation of Medical entrance exams (NEET UG, AIIMS or JIPMER) then you can crack the exams by self study also. You will have to make a scheduled study plan and study sincerely and dedicatedly to score well in the exam.
If you are in Class 11, you should start with NCERT textbooks. NCERT textbooks are the best for preparation understanding of basics. Make your concepts clear.
