I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you haven't mentioned the name of the exam you are talking about.
In case if you are asking about neet examination then to be eligible for Neet examination you must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
So with if 45 % is your aggregate % in pcb , then you are eligible for neet examination only if you belong to obc, sc or st category but in case if you belong to general category then you are not eligible for neet examination.
