The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any field, including science, commerce, humanities, journalism, and so on. Applicants interested in pursuing a B.Ed degree should have a bachelor's degree with a score of at least 50% - 60% or an equivalent grade.

So, basically, you can surely go for B.Ed after completing BA. You need to appear for the entrance test if conducted by the institute for which you are seeking admission.
