The major difference is NEET UG and NEET PG is D syallabus. It has 300 questions from all the 19 subjects. For preparing for PG study each subject from basic and go for advanced. The idea of the NEET PG is the student must know the basic and he is also aware of the updated information.

The syllabus includes 19 subjects which have been taught from the first year of medical school to the final year.
Neet pg is a computer based test and will test you on 300 questions from the MBBS curriculum as mentioned by the regulations of MCI.
There are five institutes which have been exempted from neet pg, which have their own respected exams.

The syllabus for NEET-PG includes 19 broad subjects  all-in-all, the syllabus is everything that is being taught in MBBS curriculum.
