Hey! You have entered your name incorrectly as Tanish instead of Tanish Kumar in SSC OTR, that’s why you are not able to fill the Delhi Police Constable form. In this case, you need to contact SSC helpdesk immediately or visit your regional SSC office to get the correction done.
