Hello candidate,

It's a common problem and a generous one which many candidates face sometimes during registration or login or during submitting the preferred choices.

The common way is to leave the site for sometime as it might be connection issues or server problem. Revisit the site after sometime and enter the login credentials and try filling up these options again. Also make sure that you do have a good internet speed to avoid lagging issues.
