I am feared that you may not get Kasturba college at this rank but a lot depends upon your caste.

With the overall rank of 35000, you may get a govt seat in your home state if your state is admitting through NEET. you can get a seat in KMC, Manipal. KMC is much costlier than any govt college. but it has a good ranking. it has very good infrastructure too. patients exposure is better in GMC than KMC. you have to choose.between two as per your liking.
