In 2019 the cut off for Nilratan Silcar Medical College, Kolkata was as follows for each category
- General: 591
- SC: 477
- ST: 280
- OBC: 579
So if you belong to unreserved category then you need to score 590 or above, if you belong to SC then you need to score 500 or above and if you belong to ST category you need to score 300 or above as cut off increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared in exam, difficulty of exam etc.

You haven't mention the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category, if you are from any other category then do let me know in the comment section
In neet 2019 , 591 marks was required for general category for getting a seat in Nilratan Sircar Medical College, Kolkata under west Bengal state quota
But cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
