    Hello Shreyash,

    Yes Marwadi community can be a hindi linguistics minority. And yes there is special quota for these peoples

    But not for Marwari community but a Hindi Linguistic Minority quota. You have to fill a special form at the time admission. RCOEM has 51% seats reserved for Hindi Minority students.But it is a linguistic minority.
