May I know the ways for joinning into M.Tech with B Tech Ele&Inst., without GATE...Please

Hello Aspirant,

Yes, there are numerous colleges where you can apply for M.Tech without appearing in Gate examination. Some colleges arrange their own entrance examinations and take admission on the basis of your performance. But you should fulfill minimum eligibility criteria for M.Tech i.e. min. Of 55% marks /6.0 CPI in B.Tech/ B.E or equivalent in appropriate branches . For SC/ST candidates only 50 % is required.
You can surely have a look on following options to take admission without GATE :-

• IIIT Delhi - Test and interview in first week of June ,after being shortlisted on the basis of B.Tech percentile

• BIT Mesra - Test in July

• BITS Pilani HD - Test in May

• Vit Vellore
