Though the minimum eligibility for MBA is 50% for general category and 45% for SC/ST and persons with disabilities, I would recommend you to have a look on the eligibility criteria of St Hopkins College, Bangalore. Currently they are taking students with less than 45% marks in graduation for their MBA course.

There are quite a few Entrance examinations for admission to MBA across India. They are CAT, MAT,XAT, SNAP, ATMA, CMAT, etc. But of all of these entrance exams, MAT has no minimum eligibility criteria in Graduation. Rest of the entrance examinations have minimum 50% aggregate requirement. There is aggregate relaxation for Reserved Category Candidates. So if you have scored only 42% in your Bachelor's degree, you can appear for MAT. MAT is conducted 4 times a year and can help you get admission to MBA Colleges.
