Good Evening, Usually every college has two types of seats , i.e, Regular and Self-Finance.
Regular seats refers to low fees seats which are alloted to candidates who score very good rank in the entrance exam.
Whereas, self finance seats are those seats which are alloted to candidates, once the regular seats are full. The fees of such seats is usually higher when compared to regular seats.
