Hello Aspirant,
If we go to the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021, then being a EWS candidate you should secure your EWS rank in JEE-Main 2022 under 7000-8000 for branches like Civil, Bio-tech. and likewise branch in top NITs and for lower NITs around 9500 EWS rank would also be enough for such branches but if your aim is for top branches like CSE, IT then you should have your EWS rank under 5000.
You can check out the same from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Counseling/seatallotmentresult/currentorcr.aspx
As it is difficult to predict you the exact marks just based on ranks so to give you a rough idea you should aim for at least 130-140+ marks out of 300 and your percentile should be at least 96.5+.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
