me got 35% in open inter can i eligible to btech

Hi Aspirant ,
As you have scored only 35% in your class 12th , so you are not eligible for B.Tech .
In fact for IIT-JEE you need to need at least 60% in your class 12th.
For any other private university you have to score at least 50% -40% to be a eligible for b.tech . Then you have to take your State University exam.

Passed out this year 2020 govt passed all members due to covid-19 any chance to do BTech with the percentage

Hello ,
Yes government has indeed passed students but not for 12 class .
They have given boards and admission is based on merit.To be eligible for btech you have to atleast have 60% . Btech admission is based on jee exams
