me mp state se hu 168 score ke sath admission medical college mil sakta he
Hello
With a NEET score of 168 and being from Madhya Pradesh, getting admission in a government medical college is quite difficult, especially in the general category. However, if you belong to a reserved category (like SC/ST), there might be a small chance in mop-up or stray vacancy rounds. Private medical colleges or BAMS/BHMS/AYUSH courses are more likely options at this score. Keep checking MP state's counselling website and participate in all rounds, as sometimes seats open up unexpectedly. Exploring deemed universities or other paramedical courses can also be a good backup plan
Hello ,
Thanks for your question ! A score of 168 in NEET generally fall on the lower side for MBBS admissions in government medical colleges under the general category, especially in Madhya Pradesh. However, if you belong to a reserved category such as SC, ST, or OBC, or if you’re applying under the state quota, there still be a chance for BDS, BHMS, BAMS, or even private college seats.
In MP, state counseling is conducted through the DME portal. They release detailed cutoffs after each round of seat allotment, and some private or deemed universities might offer seats with lower NEET scores.
Good luck with your admission process!
