It is difficult to predict the college because the official cutoff and results are released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA you have to wait for official results.

If you want to predict the college by your percentile score once visit this below link:
To get into top Nits you should get 95+ percentile score.if you have reservation better to get more than 80+ percentile score. if you get below 10000 rank definitely you will get top nits as per previous years trends.
If you want to increase your percentile score better to give attempt to April exam.
