Hello,

It would take some time for you to get familiar with English and you will face some difficulties in intial stage but you will get familiar in some months.

You will have to face English in some part of life whether it is job or any other occasion. So why not face it now, English is just a language and you will learn it in some days.

Try to access dictionary for words you don't understand and also try to read English books and newspapers it will help you a lot.
