If you passed Class 10 through the “Ruk Jana Nahi” (RJN) scheme and your migration certificate is not being issued, don't worry. You can still continue your studies, but the process depends on the board.

If you mean Madhya Pradesh State Open School (MPSOS) – Ruk Jana Nahi, tell me your passing year (e.g., 2026)and what you need the migration certificate for (Class 11, ITI, college, etc.). I can check the current procedure and tell you exactly where to apply.
