Sorry to say that the marks you have scored are very low to get a seat in government medical college, especially if you belong to general category.
But with the score you can get a seat in private medical college under management quota.
However, nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure begin. Please wait patiently for the counselling procedures to begin.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for the admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Deemed Universities.
