Hello dear student,
Yes nios is a recognised board but you have to check for the eligibility criteria for Neet as it says -
The student must complete the minimum age of 17years as on 31st December 2019. And if you are younger than this or you don't qualify this criteria then I am sorry to tell you that you are not eligible to appear in neet . And also the syllabus of Neet comprises of both class 11th and 12th subjects which is physics chemistry and biology. I hope this was helpful
