Hi Joshi,

As pe r your marks and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in Mop up round or last round of counselling are:-

NIT Arunachal Pradesh

NIT Durgapur

Yes you are eligible for masters. Also there are very less chance of getting seat in those colleges also. Because you have just qualified the cutoff. You will definitely get private colleges with scholarship with this marks.
