Yes you can prepare for NEET. I n order to appear for NEET UG examination you must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in science stream with Chemistry, Physics and Biology subjects from a recognised Board or College.
You must have minimum 17 years age as on 31st December, in the year you will appear for NEET examination.

Yes, definitely you are eligible to give Neet examination and that gap doesn't matters if you follow these eligibility criterias and that is:
- You must have passed your 10+2 or equivalent with physics, chemistry, biology or biotechnology and English as a core subject from any recognised board.
