You can correct that by contacting the AIIMS authorities via their mail or contact number. Mostly they will ask you to send the photocopy of the 12th admit card with attestation.
So, contact them and they will help you.

Koi problem Nahi hai... counselling ke time pr correct ho Jayega.

No.don't worry they will allow you to give exam however you might face some problem during counselling process for seat allotment. Dont worry it has solution.But concentrate on your studies and give the exam with full effort.
