I understand that you have not received your CSAB refund. So this situation might arise due to a number of factors. So lets analyze them one by one:

• The criteria for refund says that the entire participation fee will be refunded to the candidate after deducting a processing fee of Rs. 1000 only if no seat is allotted at the special round of counseling. So please make sure that you have not been allotted any seat as in that case you won't be getting any refund.
• If you have checked that you have not been allotted any seat then you should seek your refund through the online portal of JoSAA and the same would be refunded at the earliest. The link to the same is : Refund Link (http://josaa.nic.in/result/root/refundlogin.aspx)
• If you have done step 2 then I believe there is some technical snag and thus I request you to contact JoSAA directly through an official letter stating your issue and also don't forget to mention the necessary details.
