No, you cant because most of the competetive exams eligibilty criteria includes age restriction which says only students above age 18 can give the exam and you are not 18 yet. Though you can give competetive exams on 10th basis in navy and airforce and also in postoffice.

Hello Gautam,
There are certain exams which have minimum age requirement like NEET, JEE MAINS, for these exam your age should be atleast 17 years and for civil services exam like ssc, upsc etc age limit required is 21 years old.
So if you satisfy your this eligibility criteria than you can appear for exam.
