If you forgot your enrolment number then there is no need to worry as you can reset your password by using just simple 3 options, that can be done via security question and answer,which you entered at the time of registration,verification code will be sent to your registered email address to validate your identity or password reset link which will be sent to you on your registerd email address.You need to choose any of the options and then click on the submit to proceed to change your password.

Also u can find your enrollment number by following this:

• open up IGNOU official website : http://www.ignou.ac.in

• then click on the "student support" link provided in the menu bar at the top.

• By clicking on "student support" link, the sub menu will open and you will find "student link" there.

• Then a web page will open,where u will find lot of links and content,from that you have to find "admission"link and click on it

• By doing this, a new web page will open again,there you will find number of different link.

• You have to click on "Get confirmation on your registration by name".

• Again a new page will open where u have to fill your name,date of birth,select form and regional centre this all are mandatory details.Then click submit button.

• By clicking on the submit button,you will find all your IGNOU admission related details,which also include your enrollment number as well.
