Tha rabk which you mentioned above is OBC rank. With this rank there are very less chance to get NITs.
You can not get admssion in top NITs.
You can try in NIT like Sikkim, Mizoram and Manipur.
May be there are any hope in these NIT. But there are under 70k genral rank for those NITs.
