If your registration is done in Class 12 UP Board Hindi medium , then your question papers will be in Hindi , because the medium is fixed at the time of registration.
If you want to write the exam in English , you must change your medium of instruction through your school before the board exam forms are finalized. Without changing it officially, you cannot get English-medium papers.
If the school updates your medium to English, then you can write the exam in English and there will be no problem .
So, check with your school immediately and request them to change your exam medium. Only then you can write in English.

U.P. Board ke hisab se agar aapne Hindi medium me registration kara hai, 12th ka to aapko sare exams Hindi medium me hi dena hoga. Registration ke baad aap exam language change nahi kar skate. Aur aapko apna language medium change karna hai to aapko apne school ya Board me contact karna hoga.
