Mera result 65% h or 2023 me jee main adv. ka exam dena chahta hu de paying kiya plz batao Mai 12th pass 2022 me kiya hu ager de paying to kaise plz give me the sajation

See till now no notification has been released for JEE-Advance 2023 other than it's syllabus so at this moment of time it is quite difficult to say whether the candidates scoring less than 75% in class 12th will be eligible or not for JEE-Advance 2023, because the relaxation is only provided till current academic year and nothing is known for next year so kindly wait for it. However for JEE-Main you can appear even if the criteria gets restored because there is no requirement of any minimum percentage.

So you have only option is to wait until the notification gets out for JEE-Advance 2023 or by that time you can also appear for improvement examination and can improve your score.
