Since you are a graduate you are eligible for the IBPS examination there is no minimum requirement of percentage for appearing in the examination however you have to mention your percentage obtained in your graduation in the application form.

IBPS exam only needs graduation as an eligibility criteria. Your percentage in graduation does not matter at all. A candidate with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a University recognised but the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government is also acceptable.
