Message & Email from NBE on 2 dec that you shoud re enter your fingureprint upto 7 dec . but this was unnoticed by me . today i know about that message.admit card section is blank . what shoud i do now ? how to contact NBE ??

If the authority has sent you message in phone as well as in email and you have not reuploaded your thumb impression then it's your mistake. You must always be active and as you have not uploaded within the given date, now you cannot do anything it is no use to contact them they have rejected your application. Even after this you want to contact, helpline number as well as email id is provided in the webpage.
