Mhrm course is good for my future???

To select a programme, first, analyse your own self and find out what you are passionate about! Both are somewhat similar.

MHRM is offered in almost 45 colleges Pan India and it is more of an academic subject. You will learn a lot of role of HR in the social context. You have good scope to work in CSR works.

MBA in HR is more of a professional programme which trains to understand things which are useful for daily HR assignments like recruitment/talent acquisition, payroll etc.

You can choose anyone depending on your interest. ?Both have future in terms of prospects and compensation.
