You have quite a good performance in MHT CET and seeing as you already have defence quota it will not be a very difficult thing for you to get admission in colleges in Maharashtra. However I would not guarantee getting CSE as a branch as cut off for CSE ranges between 4000 to 12000 in most good government colleges. You may get in Mechanical or civil branch or CSE in less reputed institutes like Sinhagad, Pune, etc. Hope this answer helps!
