As you have mentioned that Mia spends 12.25 ruppes for 1 kg of dal. So for half kg he will spend 6.125 Rupees.
if we calculate the total amount for 3 kg of day then it will be around 36.75 rupees and if wee add 6.125 rupees for making it to 3.5 kg then it will cost you 42.875 rupees.
