Here is the minimum aggregate for the qualifying examination (PCB)
category wise :

Here is some additional information regarding qualiifying marks :
- Candidates must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in the qualifying examination.
- Candidates belonging to the general category must have scored a minimum of 50% in the qualifying examination.
- Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward should have a minimum score of 40% in the qualifying examination.
- Candidates who belong to the General category and are applying under the Persons with Disability (PWD) Quota, must have a minimum score of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.

For qualifying NEET exam you need to get minimum of 50% i.e. 140 marks out of 700 in NEET.
There is no subject wise minimum category to crack list , Even if you get zero in physics and score well in Chemistry or Biology you are eligible for admission. But If you want good Private colleges you must get 350/700.
