min. marks in 12th for nano tech graduation

As I can understand from your question is that you want to take admission in nanotechnology. So there are courses available in nanotechnology as -
BTech / BSc / BE . So these all have their own criteria . If you want to take admission in BTech or BE which is bachelors of engineering in nanotechnology so you have to give JEE mains. After that you can get a college depending upon your rank in jee. While the minimum marks you must contain in your class 12th boards is 75% for general category student while 65% for SC/ST category student. For BSc the admission takes place on the merit basis for that you need to have really good percentage in class 12th.
