mine category is SC and my category rank is 22646. and in score card nor of candidates is mentioned 20009. am i eligible nd will i get seat?

Hello aspirant. You have told your rank but didn't tell which exam are you talking about, hence I am going to proceed with IIT JEE and NEET both.
Talking about NEET , your rank is sufficient to get you a seat in MBBS of most government college.
For IIT JEE , your rank is just fine and not too good so that you may not get the core branches but you are definitely eligible for a seat in government colleges (NITs, IITs, IIITs)
