With the 5010 rank, you have a good chance of getting the ECE seat at Manipal Institute of Technology . You have a chance of getting a seat in round 2 or 3 because closing ranks in round 1 usually range between 3600 and 3900. In the subsequent rounds, because there are seat withdrawals and students often move to CSE, you have a good chance of getting the seats in the later rounds.
