Minimum mark obtain in 12 class
Hello keshav Gupta,
First and foremost is that the passing marks for every subject is 33% and if you are pass in all the subjects, then you are declared successful in class 12th by CBSE.This also applies for BITSAT.
And also candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT) in 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology subjects for getting admission in BITS colleges.
Also note that the Students who are appearing for 12th examination in a particular academic year or who have passed 12th Examination in that academic year are eligible to appear for BITSAT. If a candidate has taken more than one attempt in 12th class or its equivalent, only his latest performance is considered, provided this attempt has been for the full component of courses prescribed. Students who have passed 12th examination before 2 years or earlier are NOT eligible to appear in BITSAT. Students who are presently studying in BITS at any of its campuses are not eligible to appear in BITSAT.For more info visit the official webpage of BITSAT.
Hope it helps.
