Hello,
The cutoff varies branches wise and also category wise. As a general category for top branch like CSE you require more than 270 to get damission in IIIT Hyderabad.
You should score more than 220 marks to get into IIIT Hyderabad (other branches).

The cut off for JEE Mains for B.tech course in last year in IIIT,Hyderabad was
- Round 1- 1)CSE-285 2)ECE-270
- Round 4- 1)CSE-268 2)ECE-235
