You question is incomplete as you have not told us about the college or course which you want to pursue.As the Intake criteria for every stream is different for the Government colleges like:-
Now, for admission to government medical colleges, there are two types of seats. All India Quota seats and State quota seats. To get admission through 15 percent All India Quota, you should aim to secure 600+ marks in the NEET exam and for state quota seats aim 550+ marks to get admission in government colleges.
And to get into NITs or IITs you have to score 75% in boards as well as very good score in JEE Main or JEE ADVANCE.
So please tell us more about the course in which you want to take admission.

If you are asking minimum marks for NEET exam then you should aim to secure 600+ marks in the NEET exam and for state quota seats aim 550+ marks to get admission in government colleges as for OBC Student the minimum cutoff required is to be in top 40 percentile.

However, most of the colleges require you to qualify an entrance. And depending upon the course you want to get in, the minimum percentage would vary between 55-75%. Hope this helps. Good luck!
