Minimum parcentile to get a B-tech college

there is no any such criteria to get admission in B-Tech college.

different universities have their own criterias.

even there are some such universities are there who take direct admission .and some universities are there which take admission of only creamy layer students.

but yes to get admission in B-tech college you will have to pass the 12th exam.

and if you want good engineering colleges ,then you should go for the JEE main and JEE advance exams.

through JEE main ,you can get admission in NITs and many Government and Private colleges.

and Through JEE advance you will get IITs,which are the top most universities for Engineering.
