There is no suh thing as qualfing JEE MAIN. You answer the exam then, you get a merit list based on which you can select college. For getting into NIT and IIT you need to have a minimum of 75 % in 12 std. That is the basic eligibility criteria.
And to qualify for JEE Advanced you need to get a minimum 85 pecentile in JEE MAIN
