Minimum percentile for nit for general candidates in 2020 year

Following are the last year's cutoff of JEE Main:

As you can see the cutoff for general category candidates was 89.75 percentile. Students scoring this or more than this percentile was selected to appear for JEE Advanced from general category.

However, admission in a NIT with this much rank was not guaranteed.

General category candidates can expect to get a seat in a NIT easily with the percentile score of at least 97.5 or above.
