Hello Adarsh. We can't tell you the minimum percentile right now as the cut off is still not. We'll be able to make predictions only after the cut off has been released on the offical JEE mains website.

You will have to wait till April. All I can tell you is that according to reports, people with 85 percentile and above can qualify for JEE Advanced.
