MINIMUM QUALIFYING MARKS IN PAPER 2 FOR IIT
It totally depends on category the seats will be alloted
The basic JEE presentations are available at 60% and 40% for grade 12 or equivalent credit requirements. You will receive a scholarship based on land registration 2 and general class 12 or the corresponding qualification exam 60:40.

The cut off is calculated on the basis of number of candidtes appeared in exam and even based on their performances. According to past year entries, if you get 65-70% of marks or more you will easily get into an NIT , if you have quota, it will be a plus advantage. To get into IIT you have to get passed in JEE ADVANCE AND ARCHITECTURE APTITUDE TEST

The minimum qualifying have not been released for now by NTA. It can only be told you after the 2nd attempt has taken place in April.
You will have to wait till then. However, according to the experts, your percentile shall at least be 85 to get qualified for the next. This is just a probability. Main result will be told later only.
